DIPLOMA IN YOUTH DEVELOPMENT WORK (DYDW)
This programme has been designed to train the trainers of Youth Development Department and the youth workers of the country. This programme was sponsored by the Commonwealth Youth Programme (CYP) and jointly co-ordinated by the Bangladesh Open University (BOU) and the University of Huddlers field, UK from 1999 to 2014. From 2015, this programme has been started as own programme of BOU following the curricula and course materials of CYP.
TOTAL CREDIT
- Total credit is 41. Each credit consists of 15 to 20 lessons. Each lesson will need approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour study.
DURATION
- One and half years (three semesters).
- The duration of each semester is six months.
ADMISSION REQUIREMENT
- Bachelor degree of equivalent.
REGISTRATION VALIDITY
- Three years.
